Peplums are one of the biggest trends right now. They're everywhere! Peplums are getting increasingly popular with the celebs, including Kate Middleton and Lady Gaga. Celeb Boutique have created a dress named after Rochelle Weisman from The Saturdays, and, surprise,surprise, it has a peplum! I personally love them.
