Look Out: Cheska Hull

Cheska Hull looks fabulous in this candy stripe ensemble. I love the pink and white together and the gold and black necklace, although I wouldn't have gone for it myself, off-sets it perfectly. It has great detail and the horizontal and vertical lines add a fashion-forward twist which I think works really, really well. I love how she kept everything else to a minimum, as she knows this does all the talking! x

Me, Myself and Style

I was in Dublin earlier this week and picked up this top in New Look. It was on sale and I got it for 10euro! It's gorgeous and a bargain-BINGO! I love the design and lately I have gotten a small obsession with rainbow colours! It's also right on trend with the scallop trim, which also adds gorgeous detail and keeps it stylish. It's AX Paris, although I got it at New Look. I love it as it's easy to wear and it goes with everything. Let me know what you think! x

Celeb of the Week: Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton is this week's 'Celeb of the Week' and no one deserves the title more. As an ambassador for the Olympics, Kate had many engagements this week as part of the preparations and she wowed at every turn. My favorite was the Stella McCartney blue shift dress which she accessoriesed with a 49000pound five-hoop gold necklace, a nod to the Olympics and Prada shoes. One of her more expensive looks, it was just perfect. All the other outfits were spectacular and I can't wait to see what she comes out with for the rest of the Olympics! x

Me, Myself and Style

Me, Myself and Style is a new post I have decided to do. I will post bits and pieces of style from my life, be it accessories or outfits I wear. I hope that I can give people inspiration and ideas on how to style different items. Today I have chosen to show you one of my all time favorite ways to work a bag-Pair it with a scarf. This look is my favorite, the turquoise bag with the black, white and gold scarf. It might now suit everyone, however, I love how it looks. I think putting a scarf on the handle of a bag is a really effective way to incorporate detail, and to help coordinate an outfit. I bought this scarf in Penneys a few years ago and I was given this bag as a present from my aunt. Putting a scarf on the bag, especially one that clashes makes a style statement. I like to clash them, although within reason. I think if you get clashing right, the pieces can compliment each other in ways. Let me know what you think! x
