Wrap Dresses are just one of those things that never go out of style!! They're always there and always have been and I think it's safe to say they always will be!! They're easy to wear and don't need a lot of accessories since there is usually a lot of detail in them already. One of the most famous wrap dress of all is the one Kate Middleton wore at the announcement of her engagement to Prince William in October of 2010. This navy blue Reiss wrap flew off the shelves within hours of her appearance. This elegant dress, made in a comfortable jersey fabric shows us how timeless a nice wrap dress can be. Elements of the dress get updated along the way,obviously, like putting a trendy print on it instead of a solid colour. But the rest of the elements-mainly the shape, have stayed the same. It is because it stays the same that keeps it timeless yet up-to-date, by putting the trends on it. Because some of the neckline's are v-necks, there isn't a lot of jewellery needed, especially if there is a bold print on it. This makes it much easier to just pop on.
