X-Factor Style-Round 1!

The new series of The X Factor was launched the other day and the women judges-Tulisa and Nicole-pulled out all the stops. And yes, Louis and Dermot were looking alright in their suits, but it's the women that wowed. Tulisa looked fabulous almost every time last year, and Nicole wowed when she filled in for Cheryl Cole two years ago. And the launch for this year's series was no exception. I absolutely love Tulisa's bondage dress...bondage is huge and the colours in this dress are just gorgeous..I love the yellow with the grey and the silver heels she paired with it go perfectly. Nicole's dress is simple yet elegant and it has just enough detail to give that WOW factor. I love the knot at the middle and the v-neck. It's simple but gorgeous. So, Round 1 of the style stakes was a success...I will do my best to update you on everything they wear this season, and we'll see who pulls out all the stops! x

Closing Ceremony Style!

The Olympics just finished but not without Kate Middleton going out with a bang. She wowed in this Whistle's number, which she previously wore to the Diamond Jubilee Concert-although we never got a proper look at it as she was sitting the whole time. But after seeing it tonight, I just love it! I wasn't sure when I first saw it but then once I saw it up-close, I saw just how gorgeous it was! Such a lovely combination of colours and I just really, really like it. x

Look of the Week

I am changing 'Celeb of the Week' to 'Look of the Week'. I hope you guys don't mind too much! Anyway, this week's it's Rita Ora's gorgeous London sighting! A bit out there, it's what makes it so fabulous! I just love her thigh-high boots! But the outfit gets even better with her aqua fur-jacket. Although a bit warm for summer, that's irrelevant here! She finishes off the look perfectly with a big red tote. Everything about this works, and she's right on trend! x

Look Out: Katy Perry

Katy Perry wore a very interesting dress to one of the premieres of her new movie, and I have to say, I like it! The cut-outs are very on-trend, and the colour is very fashion-forward. A calmer look for Katy, compared to some of the things she comes out with, however a bold choice for anyone else. I love her simple hair, a nice change from the crazy rainbow wigs! I really, really like this look! x

Olympic Style: Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton has been spotted at plenty of Olympic events, however none of her outfits have really caught my eye. They have all been really nice-she's been sporting a lot of  Team GB clothing, as she is an ambassador for the Olympics-but nothing has stood out at me. Until I saw this outfit! Seen here watching the swimming, this is my favorite outfit so far. Her signature skinny jeans, teamed here with a black and white spotty top and finished off with a red blazer. I absolutely love this blazer and I think Kate looks really good in bright colours. I can't wait to see what she comes out with next! x

Look Out: Cheska Hull

Cheska Hull looks fabulous in this candy stripe ensemble. I love the pink and white together and the gold and black necklace, although I wouldn't have gone for it myself, off-sets it perfectly. It has great detail and the horizontal and vertical lines add a fashion-forward twist which I think works really, really well. I love how she kept everything else to a minimum, as she knows this does all the talking! x

Me, Myself and Style

I was in Dublin earlier this week and picked up this top in New Look. It was on sale and I got it for 10euro! It's gorgeous and a bargain-BINGO! I love the design and lately I have gotten a small obsession with rainbow colours! It's also right on trend with the scallop trim, which also adds gorgeous detail and keeps it stylish. It's AX Paris, although I got it at New Look. I love it as it's easy to wear and it goes with everything. Let me know what you think! x
