The Oscars!

Hey ladies! Did everyone enjoy the Oscars?! I loved watching them and Ellen Degeneres did a great job hosting! There were some fab gowns on show Sunday night and I've chosen my faves:

Lupita Nyong'o went all out in this flowing powder blue dress. Personally, I think she looks better in a stronger colour but this dress is just gorgeous!

Kelly Osbourne went vintage with this glamorous cape. I love the simple white gown and the tasteful wow factor.

My favourite dress of the night was this gorgeous pink dress on Camilla Alves. The colour balances out the mass of the fabric and it suits her sling tone perfectly.

Kate Hudson looked amazing in this silver gown. I love the neckline! There seemed to be a theme of capes on the red carpet this year! I love her vintage-style hair. She looks fabulous!

Louise Roe brought a splash of colour to the red carpet with her green gown. I LOVE the sparkly one shoulder and her natural side pony. This look really worked.

So there you have it! That was my pick of the gowns. Currently working on a post of the after parties so stay tuned!!

Look of the week

Ellie Goulding runs away with the title this week! She looked absolutely AMAZING at Milan Fashion Week yesterday, and she was joined in the FRow by Cheryl Cole. Her navy gown is absolutely stunning, I love it! The shape is fab, very different. The jewels on the neck is the perfect accessory. She looked gorgeous, I love her natural hair. This gown speaks for itself! Fab! X

Shoe envy: Jodi Albert

Jodi displayed some fab footwear at last nights Brit Awards, accompanied by her king of the jungle husband, Kian Egan. Her dress was also fab but it was her neon yellow stilettos that caught my eye! Have a look at them below:

The designer, Gianmarco Lorenzi has them in two other colours, seen on their Instagram account:

I think this is an occasion where buying all three is acceptable!

Brits 2014

Lily Allen stole the show at last nights awards, in my opinion. She wowed in two AH-mazing dresses, one straight off the House of Holland catwalk. Both her looks were just gorgeous and she looked fab in both pieces. See them for yourself!

First she showed up on the red carpet in this floor-length black sequinned gown, her hair perfectly matching her fab Chanel clutch.

She then changed into this stunning HoH dress to present an award and wowed a second time. This dress is so unique, I absolutely adore it!

Other highlights of the night included Beyonce's gorge gown and Rita Ora's fab yellow dress.

BAFTAs 2014

Morning guys!! There was some stunning style at last nights BAFTAs, definitely the best bunch out of all the awards of the season. Here's my picks:

Samantha Barks looked stunning I. This nude dress. It really offset her skin tone and she looked great!

Fearne Cotton stepped back in time and it worked so well. I live her vintage look. This gold dress is so unique and her hair looks amazing! Everything about this look worked. My favourite of the night.

Lupita Nyong'o earned her stripes yet again last night when she arrived in this stunning green gown. I am a huge fan of gold plates and they are hugely popular this season so I was all for this dress! Lupita has stunned at every awards ceremony so far this year. I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

Naomie Harris looked absolutely amazing in this fuschia dress. I live the thigh-high split and she's right on trend with the plunging neckline. I love the colour of the dress against her skin. Fab!!

Uma Thermon went plain and simple last night and she looked stunning. Her make up was also flawless.

And last but not least, Amy Adams. This dress is very fashion-forward. I live the top of it, very different to anything I've seen before. She looks amazing!

Let me know what you think, guys!

Victoria Beckham AW-14

New York Fashion Week is well underway and Victoria Beckham's autumn-winter 14 collection is absolutely amazing! Her lines are a lot looser than we've seen before, very different to the tight bodycon dresses we've previously seen. This collection is one of her best so far, in my opinion. Take a look at my favourite pieces below and let me know what you think!

The National Television Awards

The National Television Awards were on last night and here's my pick of the dresses:

Kelly Brook looked amazing in this racy black number. I love the split and the gold chain is the perfect accessory. Nice, simple and sexy.

Michelle Keegan was my favourite of the night with this gorgeous pastel dress. She was right on trend as pastel is still huge this season. I love the unique neckline and the shape. It fits her perfectly and offsets her skin and dark hair.

Naomi Campbell's dress was absolutely stunning. I love the unique print, it's so unusual!

Let me know what you think guys!

SAG Awards

Awards season continues last Saturday night with The Screen Actors Guild Awards. Here's my pick of the dresses!

Jennifer Lawrence made up for her Golden Globes dress with this gorgeous sparkly purple gown. I love the subtle colours throughout. Simple and elegant!

Lupita Nyong'o looked absolutely stunning in this teal dress. I love the neck detail and the clean lines. She has brought out all the stops for every awards show so far!

Kaley Cuoco triumphed again with this silver number. I love the mermaid-esque bottom. She looks absolutely fab!

I'm a huge fan of Sandra Bullock but when I first saw this dress I didn't really like it. However, when I saw it again it had really grown on me and it was my favourite dress of the night! It's very fashion-forward and I love the green, a nice change.

And finally, Jennifer Garner. This dress is so simple and the whole look is very minimalistic, yet she still manages to make an impact. I love the shape of the dress and I think she looks fantastic.

Awards season has begun

Awards season was stepped up last night with the Golden Globes! To be honest, I was disappointed with the style on display for the most part.....However, there were a few that pulled through!

Newly wed Kaley Cuoco looked stunning in this dress! There are mixed reviews about it but I love it! So elegant.

Emma Roberts looks amazing! I LOVE the neckline of this dress and the minimalistic accessories. Fab!

Sofia Vergara never fails to impress and this gown is no execption. I'm not always a huge fan of big skirts but the black makes it work. I li e the splash of colour her necklace gives aswell.

Amy Adams channeled her American Hustle character I this low cut two-tone dress. Very simple and it really compliments her skin tone and hair.

Taylor Swift usually doesn't go for such large skirts so this was different for her. I live the contrasting black and pink. She looks great!

Margot Robbie was by far my favourite of the night. This dress is so classy yet it has a modern edge thanks to the jewels. The green shoes add a perfect colour pop. Se looks so comfortable and the split is fabulous. Definitely a hit!

And last but certainly not least was Reese Witherspoon's simple teal dress. It's so minimalistic yet it still has that wow factor. She looks so comfortable in it and I love her natural hair. Gorgeous!

So there you have it, ladies! The cream of the crop! Let me know who you thought impressed. Fallon x

My trustee

Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA all week, school has been extremely demanding. But I'll make an effort to keep up to date with my posts!! Here's my outfit for tonight:

In my opinion, one of the most important winter style staples is a good coat. I got this one in Penneys last year for €40 I think. It has served me so well. I love the army-green shade as it goes with everything. I also love the length as, you can wear leggings and not worry about and your and it provides extra warmth! The rest of my outfit is pretty simple - a charcoal grey long sleeve tshirt, Aztec print scarf and wedge runners. Everything is from Penneys 😊
Talk to you guys later! Fallon x

Just beautiful

Jennifer Lopez shows us how it's done in this metallic outfit.

Her Kate Spade skirt is out of this world and I have major clothes envy! Metallic throughout an outfit runs the risk of being overpowering however these muted tones allow for it to work. I think it's just simply gorgeous! Let me know what you think.

My top outfits of 2013

A few days late, but here is my to 4 outfits of 2013.

Olivia Wilde looked stunning in this stylish  white 2 piece. A crop top is risky for the red carpet but this absolutely works. Keeping her hair natural was a smart choice as this outfit speaks for itself!!

Rosie Huntington Whiteley looks absolutely stunning in this strapless dress. I love the asymmetrical hemline - a really alternative feature!

This outfit has stuck with me since I saw it first. Who else could pull off a flowing pink skirt and a black crop sweater except Jessica Alba! I love this sweater, I have I e very similar and its the best thing ever. This is such a luxurious outfit and she looks absolutely fab. Her hair do is perfectly suited to the whole outfit. Just gorgeous.

Jennifer Lawrence's infamous Oscar dress which caused her to trip on her way to collect her Best Actress just had to be featured! I'm not a fan of huge poofy skirts for the most part however I love this one! This dress is so well fitted at the top which I think makes the skirt more manageable. The underlying pink hues are fabulous and her hair looks amazing. She is one of my favourite actresses and this is definitely my TOP outfit of 2013!

Let me know what you think! Fallon x
